Senior Technical Assistance for Residence Retention (STARR) is PBIG's program dedicated for seniors in hardships with their properties.
The STARR Program helps homeowners to find current neighborhood programs available to them to sustain their home's value. PBIG focuses on offering these services free of cost for our senior residents. PBIG believes our seniors are essential to quality neighborhoods and a respectful quality of life. We are engaging communities and organizations to offer their programs that assist potential homeownership hardships such as notably repairs, renovations, financial aid and legal structure for long term planning. |
